Our team will handle everything on your behalf, ensuring your filings are complete, accurate, and fully compliant. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your foreign accounts are now properly reported.
Who is this for?

For U.S. persons who failed to file FBARs — and nothing else

This service is for U.S. citizens, green card holders, or residents who failed to file FBARs in past years — but were otherwise fully U.S. tax compliant. If you reported all your foreign income and filed your U.S. tax returns correctly, but simply missed the FBAR filing requirement, you may qualify to catch up under the Delinquent FBAR Submission Procedures — with no penalties.
If you also failed to file tax returns or report foreign income, this service is not for you. You may instead need the Streamlined Compliance Package.
